York pleaded no contest to the charges, which is not an admission of guilt but rather an acceptance of the punishment for the alleged crimes. As a result, he was sentenced to two days in jail, with one day to be served for each count, to be served concurrently. He was also fined a total of $1,150 and ordered to complete an online course.
