Arshad Warsi’s highly anticipated Hindi crime comedy ‘Jeevan Bheema Yojana’ has been pushed back a week in its worldwide theatrical release. The film, directed by Abhishek Dogra, was initially set for a release on August 28, but has now been rescheduled for September 4.

The reason behind this change is attributed to a final leg of the film’s marketing campaign, which is set to take place in the coming days. ‘Jeevan Bheema Yojana’ follows the story of Jeevan, a debt-ridden common man whose life takes an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with his dangerous lookalike, Bheema. Arshad Warsi stars in a duel lead role, playing both Jeevan and Bheema. The film also features Sanjeeda Shaikh, Vijay Raaz, Pooja Chopra, Bijendra Kala, and the late Atul Parchure in key roles. According to director Abhishek Dogra, the film is about ordinary people making one extraordinary, catastrophic decision and then spending the rest of the film paying for it.
